Factores socio-económicos que influyen en el sector informal en la parroquia San José de Chamanga Esmeraldas - Ecuador año 2018.

Abstract

Due to the great increase in the informal sector in the parish of SAN JOSE DE CHAMANGA -ESMERALDAS-ECUADOR we are faced with unsafe working conditions, not fixed incomes, longer working hours, no labor benefits, much less social security unfortunately One of the main factors that affect is the lack of education, age, marital status and other situations could be analyzed that there are many barriers to achieve the decrease of informality. The objective of this research is to analyze the socio-economic factors that influence the informal sector in the San José de Chamanga Parish of the Muisne Canton of the Province of Esmeraldas, 2018. The methodology used is descriptive in order to analyze the problem using strategies such as interviews with residents and authorities of this population with a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach in order to meet the objective of the research. As a general argument, we can see that there is little concern among residents to improve both in the workplace and business such impact causes these people are inclined by the informality by which strategies must be developed to form a formal sector in this population improving his condition of life.
