Estudio de factibilidad para una planta hormigonera para la ciudad de Milagro.

Abstract

In recent years, the city of Milagro has had a high growth in the sphere of construction, which is why it has demanded a lot of purchase of ready-mix concrete from nearby cities, since the city does not have a concrete plant. A feasibility study for the creation of a concrete mixer plant has been carried out, in order to satisfy the demand for this service, whether in the private or public company; and, to achieve this, specific objectives, market analysis, sector analysis, cement and concrete consumption statistics, some competitors, as well as a demand analysis to have a basis to see who will be offering the service, have been proposed. I do it doing some surveys to the COLEGIO DE INGENIEROS CIVILES DEL GUAYAS, with the collected data we obtained the types of concrete that have the most demand in the construction and then make the necessary financial analysis. Finally, making the calculation in the Excel sheet, the investment would be recovered and a net profit of $ 227 thousand dollars would be obtained in the analyzed period, reaching the conclusion that the project is viable from the financial point of view.
