dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo es un estudio sobre la naturaleza jurídica del notario y sus actos en la legislación ecuatoriana, a partir de los cambios que se introdujeron en la Constitución de 2008 en los que aparte de reafirmar su condición defuncionario público, se lo califica como auxiliar de la Función Judicial, prestador de un servicio público y autónomo, examinando en qué medida y hasta dónde se pudo ver modificada dicha naturaleza con las ventajas y desventajas que eso puede representar tanto para el notario como para el usuario.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present work is study upon the legal nature of the Notary and its acts in the Ecuadorian legislation, from the changes that were introduced in the 2008 Constitution in which apart from reaffirming its status as a public official, it is qualified as an auxiliary of the Judicial Function, provider of a public service with autonomic attributions, examining to what extent this nature could be modified with the advantages and disadvantages than this can represent for both the Notary an the user.en_US
