Abstract

The world growth that we face every day is formidable, a growth where the multiplicity of modern contractual links and the various trade relations is growing, increasing the chances of expanding markets, both local and international and thus contributing to a better economic development. It is vital to bear in mind that globalization and free trade show the need to generate new forms of trade relations or to create sustainable enterprises with the aim of forging self-employment, dynamizing the economy and strengthening the trade of a city or a country. For this reason, through this work will explain the basic aspects of the franchise, a modern contract, with a boom in recent years, that allow us to understand the genesis and development of the franchise contract.
