| Resumen : | The project proposes a LIBRARY AND PARK design for Durán, following the requirement of the Municipality of Durán, to have a space to house its collection of books to have a playing area, in order to potentiate the sector . The architectural and urban set corresponds to the existing natural and physical context, responding to the concept of architecture as a living organism through integrative criteria of educational, cultural and recreational activities, revaluing the sector and encouraging social relations among users, constituting a history feeder for future generations. |
| Descripción : | El proyecto plantea un diseño de BIBLIOTECA Y PARQUE para el cantón Durán, tras el requerimiento del Municipio de Durán, de poseer un espacio para albergar su colección de libros y tener un área lúdica, con la finalidad de brindar un área para potencializar el sector . El conjunto arquitectónico y urbano corresponde al contexto natural y físico existente, respondiendo al concepto de arquitectura como organismo vivo mediante criterios integradores de actividades educativas, culturales y recreativas, revalorizando el sector e incentivando las relaciones sociales entre los usuarios constituyéndose alimentador de historia para futuras generaciones. |
