| dc.description | Es una investigación de corte transversal, de tipo descriptivo y con enfoque retrospectivo, para la cual se utilizó una Base de Datos con una muestra aproximada de 107 pacientes bajo el diagnóstico CIE-10 I10 e I11, brindada por el Departamento de estadísticas del Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil en el periodo 2016 y 2017 donde se concluyó que la complicación más frecuente fue la insuficiencia renal aguda. La de mayor tasa de mortalidad al la hemorragia cerebral y finalmente se observó que la medicación más eficaz fue la combinación de losartan + nifedipino durante una emergencia hipertensiva al comparar la tasa de mortalidad del grupo en estudio con el tratamiento antihipertensivo utilizado. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This is a cross-sectional investigation, of a descriptive type and with a retrospective approach, for which a Database was used with an approximate sample of 107 patients under the ICD-10 I10 and I11 diagnosis, provided by the Department of Statistics of the University Hospital of Guayaquil in the period 2016 to 2017 where it was concluded that the most frequent complication was acute renal failure. The highest rate of mortality to cerebral hemorrhage and finally it was observed that the most effective medication was the combination of losartan + nifedipine during a hypertensive emergency when comparing the mortality rate of the study group with the antihypertensive treatment used. | en_US |
