| dc.description | El aclaramiento de creatinina tiene como objetivo estimar el filtrado glomerular, para determinar el deterioro de la función renal; esto se ha llevado a cabo mediante la recolección de orina de 24 horas, sin embargo, varios estudios apuntan que una recolección de 2 horas tiene una eficacia semejante, evitando las complicaciones de la anterior. Este es un estudio prospectivo que se llevó a cabo en el Hospital General del Guasmo Sur, en las áreas de observación. Concluimos que en dos horas de muestreo de orina ofrece la misma información clínica que la recolección de orina de 24 h(P= <0.01). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Creatinine clearance aims to estimate glomerular filtration rate, to determine the renal function's deteroration; this has been carried out through the collection of 24-hour urine, however several studies suggest that a 2-hour collection has a similar efficacy, avoiding the complications of the previous one. This is a prospective study that was carried out in the General Hospital of the South Guasmo, in the observation and observation areas. We conclude that in two hours of urine sampling it offers the same clinical informtion as the 24-hour urine collection (P = <0.01). | en_US |
