Abstract

The present work we will present an analysis of a clinical case with the theoretical psychoanalytic bases of Freud and Lacan. We will know how the enjoy, symptom, ghost, significant masters among other concepts that will lead us to a clinical anchorage of the case. Juan is 29 years old, comes to the clinic because he does not know how to "help" his wife and asks for an answer to his discomfort. Thanks to the evolution of the sessions, they give us indicators of what the subjective position is like, the patient's sayings, family dynamics and their particular way of making links with others. The sessions are enriched with information about their childhood, sexuality, representations that cross the barrier of repression, which generates psychic conflicts.
