| dc.description | En el presente trabajo se realizó un análisis de caso en el cual se destacaron los puntos teóricos de mayor relevancia para poder defender un diagn óstico estructural a partir de un caso a nosotros entregado sobre un paciente que acudió a análisis. Como tal, se formula que se trata de un paciente neurótico obsesivo a partir de una lectura desde la orientación psicoanalítica. Se pudo establecer que el sujeto presentaba una modalidad de goce relacionada con el mandato superyóico del deber ser el “buen hijo”. Además, se reconoció un posicionamiento frente al deseo que constaba en un no querer saber nada sobre este. Así mismo, se pudo establecer el mecanismo de defensa privilegiado por Ignacio: el aislamiento. Por ende, el caso permitió denotar puntos teóricos para poder reconocer una estructura obsesiva a partir de las particularidades del sujeto y su construcción sintomática. Es así como el análisis del caso posibilitó la determinación de estos conceptos y los efectos de las intervenciones sobre este sujeto en sus avances psicoterapéuticos. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present work, a case study was carried out in which the most relevant theoretical points were highlighted in order to support a structural diagnosis from a given case about a patient who attended analysis. As such, it is formulated that it is an obsessive neurotic patient, reading from a psychoanalytic orientation. It was established that the subject presented a modality of jouissance related to the super-egoic mandate of being the "good son". In addition, his position or stance about his desire consisted in not wanting to know anything about it. Likewise, it was possible to establish the defense mechanism privileged by Ignacio: isolation. Hence, the case allowed to evidence theoretical points to recognize an obsessive structure from the particularities of the subject and its symptomatic construction. Therefore, the analysis of the case made possible the determination of these concepts and the effects of the interventions on this subject in his psychotherapeutic advances. | en_US |
