dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo analizar las múltiples causas que inciden en la subjetividad de las adolescentes de 14 a 19 años que fueron atendidas durante su periodo de gestación y puerperio en el Hospital General Guasmo Sur. El método aplicado en nuestra sistematización fue el cualitativo debido a que por medio de las entrevistas y observaciones realizadas se pudo obtener la información necesaria para la realización del mismo. Se presentaron tres casos clínicos que sostienen el marco teórico de la sistematización. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian varios factores que inciden en el embarazo adolescente, como fenómeno de identificación histérica, funciones parentales endebles o ausentes, por último como un goce que se identifica en la repetición de este síntoma en la historia familiar.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe following work aims to analyze the multiple causes that impacts the subjectivity in the teenagers from 14 to 19 years old that were treated during their pregnancy and postpartum period in the Hospital General Guasmo Sur. Through observations and interviews, as a qualitative method, the current work was able to obtain the needed information for the development of the systematization. The results obtained, indicate multiple factors that impact in the adolescents’pregnancy as a phenomenon of hysterical identification, weak or absent parental functions and finally as a joy that is identified in the repetition of this symptom in the family history.en_US
