| dc.description | El presente trabajo demostrará, por medio de un análisis, la factibilidad de producir y exportar Ají de Mango, iniciando con la fabricación del producto en Ecuador para luego ser comercializado a la ciudad elegida de la Unión Europea: París, Francia. Es importante señalar que se realizará una proyección a cinco años, que incluye un estudio técnico, un análisis financiero y técnicas de mercado para introducir y posicionar el producto en el mercado francés, con la finalidad de poder determinar la viabilidad del proyecto. Los datos investigados para el desarrollo del trabajo son obtenidos de fuentes tanto nacionales como del país de destino, como: Banco Central del Ecuador, Banque de France, ProEcuador, CBI Ministry of Foreign Affairs, entre otros. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work will demonstrate, through an analysis, the feasibility of producing and exporting Mango Hot Sauce, starting with the manufacture of the product in Ecuador and then the export to the chosen city of the European Union: Paris, France. It is important to point out that a five-year projection will be carried out, which includes a technical study, a financial analysis and market techniques to introduce and position the product in the French market, in order to determine the viability of the project.
